Celebrate PURE's 20th Anniversary

Leap forward together! 

We are in our 20s, glowing and thriving! To celebrate this momentous milestone, we invite you to join us at our PT-centric Workshop, held at all our clubs and led by our very own ProPTs. We are also challenging you to a Fitness Challenge with prizes for grabs!

Starting 21 October 2022  

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday Noon (12pm)​  

Male – 20 Pull Ups in 2 minutes

Female – Hang Bar for 2 minutes

 

*Participants who meet or exceed the criteria are eligible to redeem a free nood food protein smoothie. The top winners in each category and location will receive a grand prize. 

 

PT Workshops | 6pm – 7:30pm

Master the fundamental techniques for your squat and deadlift and learn how to add speed and agility to increase your overall performance. We end the series with insightful tips for trigger point release and foam rolling.

WORKSHOP 1: Squat & Deadlift Technique by Yassir

Feeling back pain when you squat or deadlift? Learn tips to refine your technique and lift pain-free. 

 

Learn the fundamental techniques when performing the squat and deadlift, as well as progression and regression to scale your lifts to your level and get hands-on with the barbell.

Suitable for practitioners of all levels, including beginners.

WORKSHOP 2: Speed and Agility Training by Hafiz

Bored of weights? Spice up your training, improve your athleticism and bring speed into your training routine!

 

Achieve maximum velocity through speed training and agility training to quickly change direction without losing speed, coordination, balance, strength, or body control. Learn speed drills to enhance explosiveness and speed, as well as agility drills to improve lateral movements and how to train with the agility ladder, track and grandstand.

WORKSHOP 3: Myofascial Release

Feeling Achy? Learn tips for trigger point release and foam rolling! 

Reduce soreness and aid in tissue recovery. Assist in general body relaxation, circulation improvement, and the release of stress, tension, and knots. Learn the basic anatomy of major muscle groups, identify trigger points, and follow best practices to release muscle tension. Receive a massage ball from us during your session!
