Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) training is classic team sports training on the athletic field brought indoors. Speed drills include change of direction, and using cones, hurdles and other tools to improve athleticism. This is very common training for sports such as football, basketball, tennis, rugby or any other ball sport. Working with a partner can create reaction time drills and games. SAQ training can be used to improve athletic skill but is also easily adapted into strength circuits, metabolic conditioning or full body boot camp. It is one of the most versatile modes of training in our gyms. The athletic turf is an ideal space for SAQ training.
