Strongman and HIT Sport training combine high-intensity demand with physical ability and are a throwback to a more rugged mental style of training. These training styles are very common with tactical, cross-training minded people such as police officers, firefighters and military officers. Strongman is focused on increasing feats of strength, starting with a very sound lifting posture and increasing to very challenging movements requiring your full strength. HIT Sport (High Intensity Interval Training) focuses on time-based, As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP), or competitive drills requiring high levels of conditioning. We strongly recommend working with one of our Fitness Professionals as high intensity training can also come with higher risk of injury. Whilst some gyms have dedicated Strongman areas, all our gyms have equipment that can be used for Strongman and HIT Training.
