Our self-assisted areas are designed to offer you the most out of your recovery and stretching areas on your own. We allow (and often require) no shoes in these areas so that you can bring it back to bare foot basics and work on the parts that need focus and attention. We ask that you avoid stretching or doing yoga on the athletic turf areas as these are most commonly used for SAQ training and Strongman. For an optimal experience, please find the spaces in our gyms where we have soft mats and specialised stretch equipment.
