Different from a basic calisthenics programme, Bodyweight Progressions focus on increasing difficulty in movement skill and combine all disciplines of sport and movement. These are all movement patterns such as climbing, crawling, sprinting, throwing, striking, hand balancing and tumbling. They often require minimal equipment and only a few props in an open space.
