Yoyo started dancing in elementary school and got into fitness at the age of 14. After becoming a fitness major at 17 years old, Yoyo became aware of the problems brought on by competitive sports and she learnt that strength is the foundation of all sports. She also learnt that good sports performance can reduce the probability of injury in life and other sports, and it can help many issues caused by insufficient muscle strength.
Yoyo learned and tried a variety of different exercises including Cross Fit, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, body-building, kettlebell, stick bell and trail running. She also loves outdoor sports, skydiving, surfing, climbing, and hiking. Yoyo believes that more exposure to different types of training will bring more benefits to her clients and can help students solve problems with more of a target.
