Rachel used to be a sports rehabilitation teacher at the Fitness Training College. Because of her love for fitness, she returned to the personal training industry. With experience in sports rehabilitation, Rachel’s expertise is in postural adjustment and sports injury rehabilitation. Rachel is also fascinated by using different approaches to tackle fat loss and shaping, while also having a rich background in teaching Pilates.
Rachel has always believed that sports are a part of life and professional and efficient training is very important to her. Rachel would like to help integrate sports into all her clients’ lifestyles.
